Friends, there is an emergency. A Santa emergency. It says so right here.
Payne Christmas Trees, Levering Avenue in Elkridge
Apparently Santa is experiencing an emergency. I’ve done some research on the HoCoLocal scene and I think it may be because he is overworked. Or, possibly, overfed.

& The Biggest Christmas Party in Town — Again. And Yes, It's Still Absolute Chaos.
Mark your calendars, because SantaCon 2025 at The Reckless Shepherd is coming in hot. This is the holiday throwdown where all the jolly maniacs, boozy elves, and unhinged Santas unite. Festive? Yes.
Classy? Absolutely not. Fun? Hell yes.
Now, there’s a quick way to get on the Naughty List! Still, Santa is well known for getting along with everyone.

But maybe not everyone.
I see that some of Santa’s friends will be gathering at the Clarksville Commons this morning.
Santa Gnomes by the Salvaged Stitch
And these lovely pillows are on offer in my local Buy Nothing Group “…in case Santa needs a bit of bulking up this year?”
Padding or no padding, the man in red is slated to be putting in an appearance following the Winter Parade in Oakland Mills this afternoon.
And I have it on good authority that you’ll find him at the Christmas Market at Clarksville Commons from 11 am to around noon. (Market Hours are 9 am - 1 pm)
Hmm…I wonder if Santa likes sticky buns?
Rob and Sons Bakehouse. They make more than sticky buns, really.
For that matter, I’d definitely sign up for a “Sticky Buns with Santa” event, despite the alliteration.
Santa or no Santa, have a wonderful Saturday. And think some good thoughts for the Payne Christmas Tree & Holiday Market Santa. Hopefully he’ll be back on his feet soon.
