Today’s post is all food. Here goes:
There’s a new grocery in town. It’s called Triveni Supermarket and it’s in Ellicott City.
They held their Grand Opening event on January 14th and you can even take a look around on their promotional YouTube video. Triveni specializes in South Indian foods and even has a food court of ready made specialties. They are located at 8450 Baltimore National Pike, Suite 170, Ellicott City, Maryland, USA 21043. (Normandy shopping center.)

Thanks to all this crazy winter weather, the Howard County Restaurant and Craft Beverages Weeks event has been extended to February 8th. This page on Visit Howard County will tell you everything you need to know. There’s also a helpful explanation of the LocalHoCo Open Rewards Program.
I saw an announcement for a new venture called HoCo Thrive Markets which looks to be in conjunction with the U.S. 1 Flea Market.
HoCo Thrive Markets was created with intention, care, and community in mind. This space exists to support food trucks, trailers, and tent or canopy-based vendors at every stage.
Whether you're just starting out or looking for a consistent place to grow, there is room here.
Creating a safe space to thrive.
I really don’t know anything more about this. If you do, let me know. Sounds interesting. Kind of like a Common Kitchen, but for food trucks?

Speaking of the Common Kitchen, did you know they were featured on television this week?

Some interesting news from that television spot - - check this out!
There's also a mobile cart that you guys are doing.
Yes, we are introducing Trifecto Club, which is our mobile bar venture. You can hire us for your private events. I can be your barista, and you can have amazing lattes at your own birthday party.
Wowza. What an amazing way to get all the adults to stay at your child’s birthday party.

The fundraising and donation event for Jamaican relief efforts that I mistakenly thought was yesterday is actually today. What was I thinking? My sincere apologies for the error, and: good news: you haven’t missed it! 11 am - 3 PM, 9755 Patuxent Woods Drive, 21044.

Bonus Content:
In looking for a suitable food-related song to use for a title today, I accidentally stumbled upon the following two songs which I have been trying to find for years after hearing them once and being completely charmed.
Chicken cordon blues, Steve Goodman
Lima beans, Eddy Ware
You’re welcome.
